As long as I am asking open questions, I'd like to say I was quite surprised by the "Hyperborean Glossary" on this site -- surprised because I had no idea there had been so many additions to Smith's story-cycle. I vaguely remember a few of Lin Carter's pastiches or "posthumous collaborations" from Fantastic Magazine and, as well, in DAW Books compilations. I don't think I liked them very much. Would someone be interested in providing an overview of all the various collaborations listed in the "Hyperborean Glossary," noting how much is Smith and how much isn't, and generally commenting on the quality of these additions?
