Hello,

Has anybody read Medusa (1929) by E. H. Visiak? I find the reviews I have read so far about the book very interesting, many of the claim it reminds of Hodgson, Lovecraft or Poe.

I have read it, since it's actually very easy to find in German.

And well....to be honest, it's not that great. It has a lot of issues, and well, if you'd be interested I did a full review of it last year on my channel.

If you want the less spoilery version, the novel spends too much time on mundane maritime shennanigans and the weirdness only comes at the end, isn't really properly explained and is somewhat confusing.
