Hippocampus Press announced the following on Facebook yesterday:

The Bancroft Library's Donald Sidney-Fryer Research Fellowship for Clark Ashton Smith, George Sterling, Ambrose Bierce, and Their Literary Circle is 75% funded. One more year until inception.

This was followed in a comment by:

Once this one's fully funded, we'll start building a REH Fellowship at Ramsom Center.
