I was looking into the bibliography here on the website, noting what print bibliographies have been done. Apart from DSF's 1978 book, there has only really been the 2007 chapbook which, at 16 or so pages, is barely a full-scale printed bibliography.
In which case, how welcome would be a full-scale, annotated print bibliography of and about CAS be?
