Wonderful news. Although I've only heard of a few of the authors here. August release? This one was kept quiet!

How I wish I had written something for this, but the invitation came when I was suffering from the chaotic situation with me mum and other agonies that made writing impossible. I have long had this ache to write a book of weird tales that were all influenced by CAS, mainly to see if I could do so without the stories seeming "Lovecraftian." The only such story of mine that has been published is one I wrote with Maryanne K. Snyder, appearing in WEIRD FICTION REVIEW. The more I read of Smith, the more enchanted I become, and the more I see his uniqueness as an author. I am looking forward to this book, absolutely!

The Miskatonic site seems to indicate this is a Hyperborea themed collection.. maybe there will be opportunities for future volumes with other story cycle themes? Wilum, I for one would enjoy reading a tale of Poseidonis or Zothique penned by your good self.
