DST & SMith

I have a ritual in the Fall when we switch from Daylight Savings Time to Standard Time: I re-read "The Chain of Aforgomon." The tale deals with the reliving of one hour and the consequence thereof so I enjoy reading it as we adjust the temporal grid. Only works in the Fall when we "repeat" an hour and not when we lose an hour in the Spring. I wonder if any detective story has used the repeated hour in an alibi.

The "Chain of Aforgomon" was one of the first Smith stories that I read and is still one of my all time favourites. I haven't heard of a detective story that utilises that idea, but it sounds like a clever concept.
