Out ot sheer curiosity ... What is the difference between "a medium" and "a psychic?"

Traditionally, “psychic” is used to refer to someone who has enhanced senses or awareness that gives them some extra-ordinary knowledge or insight. This can range from clairvoyance to intuition and a host of other non-ordinary modes.

A medium is someone who is able to become a conduit or connection to a spirit /non-embodied entity. (Thus a “medium” between this world and the other world.)

It is a commonly framed that every medium is psychic, but not every psychic is a medium.
