Lethe

Hi,

There's something dull about the translation of the Baudelaire's Lethe :
There is two poems entitled The Lethe.
Translation of Baudelaire "Cruel and deaf, come to my heart again," is mentioned by DSF's Emperor of Dreams as in Spells and Philters.
Here, it appears that in Spells and Philters, it is the Lethe "I flow beneath the columns that upbear", and not Baudelaire's translation. It is quite surprising because this "Lethe" in Spells and Philters is between "Song of Autumn" and "Metamorphasis of the Vampire", two translation of Ch. Baudelaire.
Does somebody around here have an opportunity to check this in "Spells and Philters" itself ?

Yhaargl'o.

David
