Internal Chronologies?

I notice an internal chronology is listed on this site for the Averoigne cycle.

Can anyone propose a similar chronology for the Hyperborean and Zothiquian cycles? Or do the stories there-in stand on their own so thoroughly that they don't provide hints as to their temporal order?

I'm looking mainly for a chronologies containing CAS's works here, although not excluding those which also contain the related works of other authors.

Lin Carter did that for both cycles in his Ballantine Adult Fantasy collections of those series. He justified his sequencing in afterwords, and despite the generally poor rep Carter has as a scholar, the general consensus seems to be that with these he got it right. Hey, even a broken clock is right twice a day (unless you tear both hands off)....
