hello all, need table of contents

Hello all,
I am a CAS fan and hoping someone can provide me with the TOC for the recent Wildside Press: Return of the Sorcerer (TOC not listed on their site) also for the Bison reprints of Lost Worlds and Out of Space and Time. Are these the same as the small format hardbacks that came out way back when?

I don't have the Wildside TOC, but the two Bison reprints are exactly that - photo-offset reprints. So if you can dig up the Arkham TOC's for Out of Space and Time and Lost Worlds, you've got them.
