The recent UFO shaped cloud

By now I assume that the majority of you have seen or heard about the peculiar "UFO" shaped cloud which was photographed hovering over Moscow. When I heard about it I was intrigues. Maybe CAS and H.P.L were right about there being other creatures besides us in the solar sytem. Plus a recent update on yahoo claimed this as the real deal.

It seems more likely that the strange cloud is a result of testing for this upcoming winter in Moscow since they will be "cloud bursting" to prevent snow.
